Welcome to the Smart Classroom at RMDC Erudition Center! These Terms and Conditions govern the usage of our platforms and the agreement between you and Round Marketers Digital Concepts. The following Terms and Conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of all users to use our Platforms.

To meet the requirements stated in these Terms and Conditions:
- An Affiliate is defined as an entity that has control over and is controlled by or is under joint control with another party. PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS:

- Non-payment may lead to course suspension until outstanding fees are settled.
CLASSROOM CONDITIONS:
- Treat all participants with respect and courtesy.
- Avoid disruptive behavior during live sessions, discussions, and collaborative activities.
- Attend live sessions punctually or inform instructors in advance if unable to attend.
- Complete assignments and assessments within specified deadlines.
- Do not plagiarize or infringe on copyrights.
- Do not share or distribute course materials without permission from RMDC Erudition Center.
- Use technology responsibly and solely for educational purposes during live sessions.
- Avoid distractions, such as social media or unrelated websites, during class time.
- Engage actively in discussions, group activities, and collaborative projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to peers.
- Address disagreements respectfully and focus on the topic at hand.
- Embrace diversity and inclusivity within the classroom.
- Respect the privacy of fellow students.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding discussions within the classroom.
CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION:
- Violations of these terms may result in:
- Warning or counselling from instructors.
- Temporary suspension from classroom activities.
- Permanent removal from the course without refund, in severe cases.
REPORTING VIOLATIONS:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access or enrollment without prior notice or liability for any reason, including but not limited to disruptive behavior or non-payment, if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
Once terminated, your ability to access our platforms will immediately cease. Any payment made upon enrollment will not be refunded.
DISCLAIMER REGARDING "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE"
Your utilization of our platforms is entirely at your own risk. We provide our platforms on an "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Round Marketers Digital Concepts (RMDC) explicitly disclaims any warranties of any kind, whether expressed, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, title, and non-infringement.
RMDC does not guarantee that (i) the platforms will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the platforms will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from errors, or (iii) the results obtained from using the platforms will be accurate or reliable.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our platforms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
To ensure a speedy and cost-effective resolution of any disagreements, conflicts, or claims arising from these Terms and Conditions (referred to as "Disputes"), both parties (referred to as "Parties") agree to first attempt informal negotiations for a minimum of 28 days before pursuing arbitration. Informal negotiations will begin upon receipt of written notice from one party to the other.
If the Parties are unable to resolve through informal negotiations, the Dispute will be ultimately and exclusively settled through binding arbitration.
The arbitration process will adhere to the guidelines outlined in the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria. The Parties further agree that a single arbitrator, chosen by the Chairman of the FCT Court of Arbitration, will oversee the proceedings.
Both parties agree to independently cover the costs associated with arbitration.
INDEMNIFICATION
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge your responsibility to protect and compensate us, as well as our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees, from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand brought forth by a third party. This includes covering reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses.
