Referrals Terms and Conditions

Note: Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the Referral Program.

1.1. The offer is open to all who express interest in participating on any of our upcomping bootcamps and courses scheduled dates using the RMDC Referral Program.
1.2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and have basic computer literacy.
1.3. The offer is limited to the first 20 persons who successfully registed and enroll in any of our upcoming bootcamps and courses scheduled dates.

2.1. Participants must register for the Bootcamp and courses through the following link: Registration Link.
2.2. After registration, participants should be among the first 20 to enroll in any of the upcoming Bootcamp dates to secure a slot.
2.3. Registration is considered complete once the participant has successfully enrolled in any of the upcoming Bootcamp and courses scheduled dates.

3.1. Participants who enrolled using the free NGN 60,000 are encouraged to provide two (2) referrals within the first 7 days of the Bootcamp
3.2. Referrals should enroll in the next Bootcamp ans courses sessions and fund their wallets with the course fee of NGN 60,000.
3.3. Initial access to the Smart Classroom will be for 5 days. Continued access will be granted once the referral obligation is fulfilled.
3.4. Participants who do not meet the referral requirement within the given time frame will have limited access to the Smart Classroom until the obligation is fulfilled.

4.1. Participants are expected to attend all sessions, engage actively, and complete all assignments and projects.
4.2. Participants should at all times maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the Bootcamps courses classes.
4.3. Participants are responsible for having a stable internet connection and the necessary hardware/software to participate in the Bootcamp.

5.1. The best three (3) performing students, based on assessments and overall participation, will be invited to join the RMDC business network training.
5.2. Performance will be evaluated based on assignment completion, project quality, class participation, and adherence to the Bootcamp schedule.
5.3. Invitations to join the RMDC training family are contingent upon fulfilling all Bootcamp requirements and obligations.

6.1. Participants who successfully fulfill the referral requirement will receive a cashback incentive into their RMDC wallet.
6.2. The cashback will be processed once all referred participants have enrolled and funded their wallets.
6.3. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their referrals meet the enrollment and funding criteria.

7.1. RMDC Erudition Center reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Participants agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the RMDC Erudition Center during the Bootcamps and other courses classes.
7.3. RMDC Erudition Center is not liable for any technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or other disruptions that may affect participation.
7.4. Any disputes arising from participation in the Bootcamps or course classes will be resolved at the sole discretion of RMDC Erudition Center.

8.1. By registering for the Bootcamps or course classes and participating in the offer, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
8.2. Acceptance of these terms is required to participate in the Bootcamps, other course classes and access the associated benefits.
