RMDC Erudition Center Refund Policy
At RMDC Erudition Center, transparency and fairness are our core values. Please review our refund policy carefully:
Registration Fee:
- RMDC Erudition Center allows refunds exclusively for the fee funded by cash or card payment if the request is made within the initial 2 days from the start date of any course enrollment.
- To request a refund for the course fee, students must submit a written request via our dedicated billing department's Chat channel within our site after 2-day of enrollment to any course.
- Refunds for the course fee will be promptly processed following the payment method used during the enrolment date.
- The course fee becomes non-refundable after the initial 3 days.
- Free Wallet funding, gifts or transfers within wallets are not eligible for a refund.
Tuition Fee:
- After the 2nd day from the date of enrollment, course fees, once paid, are non-refundable.
- No exceptions will be made for course fee refunds after this period, regardless of circumstances.
- It is the student's responsibility to confirm their commitment to the course before the 3rd day to avoid any course fee implications.
How to Request a Refund:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via our dedicated billing department's chat channel within our site.
- Please include your enrollment details, the reason for the refund, and any relevant reference documentation to support your request.
- Refund requests will be processed within 5 working days of receiving a valid request.
Note:
- Any fees related to third-party payment processors or banks and VAT during the refund process will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- This policy applies uniformly to all students, regardless of the chosen course.
Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are applicable only for the course fee within the first 2 days from the date of enrollment.
To request a refund, students must submit a written request via our dedicated billing department's chat channel within 3 days.
Refund Processing:
Upon receiving a valid refund request, our billing department will initiate the refund process within 5 working days.
Refunds for the course fee will be processed promptly, following the payment method used during enrollment.
Refund Confirmation:
Once the refund is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the student's registered email address.
Any fees related to third-party payment processors or banks during the refund process will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Non-Refundable Tuition Fee:
Course fees, once paid, are non-refundable after the 2nd day from the date of enrollment.
No exceptions will be made for course fee refunds after this period, regardless of circumstances.
Consequences of Non-Payment:
Failure to make timely payments will result in automatic logout from the RMDC Erudition Center Smart Classroom system.
Reinstatement of access will occur upon successful payment of outstanding fees.
