Conversational AI Design

This course explores the principles of designing conversational AI interfaces, including natural language understanding, dialogue management, and user experience design.

• Interview Process: Prospective students are required to complete an interview session focused on assessing their communication skills and interest in designing AI-powered conversational interfaces before enrolling in the course.
• Course Content:
  1. Intruduction and Core Conversational AI Design 
  2. Career & Business Development for Conversational AI
  3. Deployment, Testing, & Responsible AI
     
     
• Course Materials: Lecture presentations, Live sessions, chatbot development platforms, design mockups, and user testing frameworks.
  
  
• Prerequisites: No prior AI experience required. Familiarity with basic concepts of human-computer interaction recommended.
  
  
• Duration: 12 weeks
